October 6, 1967 - the day two people began a life that was filled with love and good times!  Margaret (Marge) Skillern
married John Winston Peterson.   Marge was born August 1, 1940 and passed November 29, 2007.  John was born
April 22, 1935 and passed May 3, 2008.  John had two sons, Steven and Mark, from a previous marriage, but their lives
together began when their marriage began.  Their baby Melissa was born October 30, 1973 and there began a life filled
with giggles, love and laughter.  Marge and John both grew up in Michigan but moved to Arizona to raise their beautiful
daughter.  They watched her grow into a terrific young woman who met and married her love, Jeff.  Melissa and Jeff
brought Elizabeth into Marge and John's life - she was the fantastic granddaughter they were thrilled to love.  John was
already retired and then Marge retired so she could take care of Elizabeth while Melissa and Jeff went to work.  Elizabeth
was the joy of their lives and they relished every single minute of being Nana and Papa!! 

 

In addition to Melissa, Steve, and Mark, John leaves behind his sister Marsha and Marge leaves her sisters Helen, Beverly,
Jeanne and Mary Jo.  There is a void that can't be filled but the comfort of knowing Marge and John are together again
helps those left behind.
